Responsibilities of monitoring critical quality and reliability metrics and using data extraction and data visualization tools for assessing potential quality and reliability problems with DRAM and Flash memories. Other responsibilities: performing established and innovative data analysis techniques, supporting new product qualification, and reacting to critical reliability indicators such as probe, parametric, and inline electrical testing. Exposure to a variety of key areas of the business including Process Engineering & Integration and Real-Time Defect Analysis.

Communication and Team work:

Communication is a major component in every day work of the PQA engineer. Work involves collaboration with multiple engineering groups including Product, Probe, Fab, Yield Enhancement and Global Quality groups for cum yield and reliability improvement. Timely when providing feedback to the fab on the key issues.

Successful candidates for this position must have:

- Persuing at minimum a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, physics, Material Science or other engineering disciplines
- 

Familiarity with concepts of data extraction and data visualization

- 

Strong background in engineering and physics

- Some understanding of semiconductors.
- Good analytical problem solving skills.
- 

Self-motivated and innovative with strong teamwork skills

- 

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
