Interns are placed as either Business Analysts or Application Developers.  Each intern is placed on a specific project and depending on the applicant's skills/interests will determine the appropriate project.

All interns are hired into either technical or functional roles within specific account and/or project teams. All candidates typically have a demonstrated interest in technology and business, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent interpersonal skills, but all majors are welcome!

What you’ll need:
•A bachelor’s degree from a 4-year institution by August 2015
•A great attitude and hunger for learning
•Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
•Flexibility and ability to deal with ambiguity
•Ability to work within a team environment
•3.0 GPA (strongly preferred)
•Ability to work in the U.S. for an indefinite period of time

What you’ll do (assignments may include responsibilities in one or more of the following areas):
•Application Developers and/or Technical Analyst roles
     Create systems design utilizing client requirements
     Applications development and computer programming
     Database maintenance and configuration management
     Software installs, technical testing and reporting
•Functional and/or Business Analysts
     Client requirements gathering and analysis
     Tracking testing and documentation of defects
     Onsite client consulting and support
     Writing program and system user manuals and/or training materials
