| Full Internship Description: |
This position will report to the documentation department and will work on location in our Reston, VA office. Netuitive is located near the Herndon Park & Ride which provides easy access to public transportation. Primary Responsibilities • Maintain existing end user documentation (user guides and online help) • Create new end user documentation • Develop a strong knowledge of Netuitive’s products and how the customers use them • Follow designated processes • Evaluate progress on a regular basis • Create graphics using photo editing tools Technical Expertise • Experience with writing end user documentation, preferably for software • Familiar with single-sourcing documentation tools, especially MadCap Flare or Adobe RoboHelp • Knowledge of HTML and CSS • Familiar with industry style guides • Ability to write clearly and concisely • Experience with developing step-by-step tutorials or tutorial videos • Familiar with agile software development environment |
