Provide electrical engineering support to implement production equipment and / or systems. Will support Recycling Engineering in our recycling center in Gloucester, VA. Will assist Canon Virginia staff on various projects, tasks, and activities relating to the area of study and course work.

Student must be working towards an undergraduate degree with the minimum credit hours to be classified as a junior or senior in their studies. Student will be working with automated disassembly vision systems on robotic equipment. Experience with robotic and vision systems a plus. Experience with Visual Basic, C++ and other PC programming languages a plus. Requires experience with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc). This position will involve travel to our cartridge recycling facility in Glouceter, VA. Expect half of the time in Newport News location and half of the time in Gloucester location. Requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
