AAG is seeking internship candidates to support an ongoing task with NASA Langley Research Center.  The selected intern will participate in efforts to accurately model and predict the flight dynamics of an experimental flight demonstrator and to provide analysis of vehicle handling qualities and stability and control requirements throughout the entire flight envelope.

Who May Apply:
U.S. citizens who are enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program and have completed at least 80 semester hours of undergraduate education on at least a half-time basis in accredited educational institutions.

Position Description:
AAG is seeking internship candidates to support an ongoing task with NASA Langley Research Center.  The selected intern will participate in efforts to accurately model and predict the flight dynamics of an experimental flight demonstrator and to provide analysis of vehicle handling qualities and stability and control requirements throughout the entire flight envelope. The intern will work alongside Research and Development Engineers to complete typical tasks that could include: flight control design and analysis, simulation model development and validation, flying qualities evaluation, specification and review of requirements, failure modes and effects testing, piloted simulation testing, verification and validation testing, and wind tunnel testing and data analysis.

Qualifications:
(1)	Electrical(preferred)/Aerospace/Mechanical engineering major with varied control theory coursework
(2)	Comprehensive experience using MATLAB®/Simulink®
(3)	Cumulative GPA above 3.0
(4)	Must have at least one year of academic study remaining before completing degree requirements
