Orientation: Months 1-2
Functional Department Rotations Months 3 - 12 
Training will be provided in instructor-led classes and job shadowing.  
Knowledge acquired each week will then be applied in practical hand-on assignments.
Job Placement – Final 6 Months of Program Months 12-18
Skill will be developed in the job assignment in the last 6 months of the Fast Track experience.

The FAST Track Program is CMA CGM’s premiere college graduate accelerated career program within CMA CGM (America) and the CMA CGM Group globally. While earning a full competitive salary, FAST Track Program Trainees in this 18 month rotational program will participate in an intensive training program that will provide the working experience and training needed to advance to higher level roles, gaining knowledge and training that typically takes at least 3 years. At the end of the 18 month training program, candidates will be placed in a position with CMA CGM (America) suitable for their competencies and skill sets including potential for an international assignment.
