The IT intern will obtain on-the-job training and provide support to the Information Technology department to complete company-wide initiatives.

Complete a full IT asset inventory; physical inventory of all devices (laptops, phones, monitors, desktops, printers, etc.) across several states including three offices and several remote locations. Continuously research best practices for managing IT assets. Assist in implementing and providing technical support for a new IT Help Desk Ticketing System. Troubleshoot various hardware or software issues for employees. Opportunity to learn about DFARS and NIST.

Qualifications: 
•	Information Technology or Cybersecurity degree in progress
•	Familiarity with MS Office
•	Experience troubleshooting PC and other IT hardware
•	Familiarity with cybersecurity practices such as social engineering, encryption, and multi-factor authentication
•	Excellent oral and written communication skills
•	Strong commitment to learning
•	Ability to work in a team environment
