This position will be located in the engineering group, incorporating skills in interpreting drawings, developing bill of materials, improving material flow, etc.

We are seeking an engineer intern to assist the engineering group in the daily functions aligning materials, processes, design, and functionability to the assembly division.

The candidate needs proficiency in MS Office and AutoCad, and must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings.

Typical duties and opportunities may include: 
  Working with BOM creation
  Develop fastener arrangements
  Learn and manage the product assembly documents
  Perform various product inspections
  Manage document revisions
  Liaison with Quality and Production in identifying solutions to problems encountered in the manufacturing process

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a manufacturing and assembly environment. The engineering team will provide opportunites in a variety of areas within the department to acquire and develop skills and increase understanding of engineering applications.
