As a member of MITRE's Cybersecurity Team, you will help develop, apply, and integrate advanced technologies and approaches to solve our nation's most critical Cybersecurity problems. (Req. 19449BR)

Identify vulnerabilities, exploits, and mitigations related to mobile devices (tablets, smart phones, etc.), cloud computing, or continuous monitoring. Develop and experiment with tools to identify attacks, mitigate vulnerabilities, and/or take protective action. Document and present the results. 

Looking for undergraduate students: 
• Understanding of Information Assurance (IA) principles.
• Security engineering, systems integration and hands on expertise with IA technologies.
• Strong enterprise and network security architecture skills. 
• Strong analysis skills.
• Excellent communication, writing, and briefing skills.
• Experience developing software using C/C++, Java, scripting languages, etc., in a Linux environment. 
 
Desired Skills • Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of DoD Information Assurance policy and policy enforcement mechanisms.
• Ability to work well with government and MITRE technical staff, with limited supervision.
